Looks yummy and i love giniling. Usually i add potato carrots and green peas sa giniling then towards the end i add bell pepper and really tastes good. Thanks for sharing congressman for additional ingredient which is the alligue. Alligie also is good sa sinangag na rice. Saute it with garlic in butter. Hello po Cong goma. That dish is similar to pork picadillo. Less the aligue. In pork picadillo, you put potato, green peas and some wanted it with quail eggs. Never the less, that looks very yummy! More power po.
