Did this workout .but it was very difficult to bring legs over towards my head. How do I master this move?

mona karanth Great job! The roll over and jackknife take time to build up to. Start by just bringing your knees up to your shoulders while rolling your hips up and back, towards you. This will develop the abdominal strength needed, then extend your legs straight once your knees are back, bend again to roll down. As you progress, slowly lift your legs a bit, this takes a lot of arm and upper back strength pushing down into the floor to be able to lift and hold the legs up. You’ll get it you’re doing great, step by step!! 👏🏼👏🏼🌼🌼
