Samantha Smith oh thanks so much ! 😊🙏🏼For the moment I really don’t do much but 15-45 minutes every 4 days/week or so of HIIT training. It’s low impact.

Can this work out change ur posture ? Bc my posture is bad, it’s not balance and I heard pilates could help. But since this doesn’t require equipments, it’s a question for me?

Trương Khánh Hi there, yes this can absolutely improve your posture! Pilates is famous for improving posture and no you don’t have to have equipment to improve your posture. Yes the equipment will push you beyond your limits and assist you where you may be stiff or weak until you become stronger and more flexible. Have you tried any of my other videos with equipment? I encourage you to try. They all will help towards improving your posture because we work your supporting musculature, that is your postural muscles 👍🏼 I hope this helps, please let me know ! 🙂
