I've read many websites and watched many other videos since years but i've learnt more than that by your videos alone. Since i started watching your videos some 7-8 months ago, I started adding some empty diets within calorie budget and still maintaining weight since then. I have recently started my health journey and believe me i have already started to realize that once you start counting your calories and want to stick to your budget, you tend to make healthy choices because eventually you realize a packet of chips has same calories that 2 eggs would have (just for example purpose don't take it literally) so you would choose 2 eggs as that would be more filling and would provide better nutrition value

One question often pops up in my mind. Nowadays we talk about a healthy diet or unhealthy diet or some people talk about healthy or unhealthy food. But what about people who used to live in the woods long ago or in mountains, they were so much fit that they can take down many persons. Bhai what about food additives in the processed foods like artificial dyes, flavouring agents, preservatives, thickeners etc. Although only excessive amounts of these will negatively affect the health. I think u should mention these also along with the processed less nutritious food items. And not just limiting to macro n micros. The same applies to plant based food also there r other imp. components in them also .. like phytochemicals etc. which have benefits in long terms. Kuch prakash idhar bhi daalne ki kripa kre... Just to correct you, NOT all processed foods are bad - Whey is PROCESSED from milk, soy nuggets are PROCESSED from soybeans. We need to make the distinction between whats good and whats not so good by knowing what is the final product rather than just disregarding them as "processed". Good job otherwise. Keep it up

Yes, he's right. There's no good or bad calorie. But there's good or bad foods. No one will argue that sugar is good for you. In any way. Your hunger levels and your fullness can be very highly affected by the foods you choose. Probably not for everyone but as someone who had insulin resistance directly caused by foods high in carbs and sugar its true that bad nutrients will leave you hungry, feeling groggy and might lead you to diabetes in the end.

Bro it's guaranteed you lost muscle mass too . If you eat good calorie food chanced of loosing muscle mass is way to low and yeah prolonged eating of bad calorie food will also effect your internal health.

@@Hypertroph I am saying that take a chocolate 🍫for an e.g. so it contains high amount of sugar and sugar is an enemy for fat loss and if we consume cakes and pastry, it contains stabilisers, flavor enhancers, anti caking agents, artificial sweetners, and in some sauces maltodextrose which are unhealthy for us. And can u explain coz I am not able to understand 😅 that if my nutrition needs r being fulfilled with 2000 calories and I have 500 calories left daily so how can I eat a 500 calorie pizza daily 😅? Because everyone knows a pizza is unhealthy for us. So there are unhealthy foods right???¿¿¿ And btw thanks for considering my question 😃😄

@@kartikegoel6257 You are correct in a sense. These 'unhealthy' foods do usually contain various additives which can be harmful to us. And they also usually contain large quantities of sugar, fat and salt which can be harmful to us. But the dose makes the poison. If you eat these foods in small quantities on occasion it won't harm your health. The issue is when these things are consumed regularly in large quantities. For example if every day you eat 30g of chocolate, but the remainder of your diet is nutritious and healthy and you stay in your calorie budget, it is unlikely to harm you. Because even though it is high in sugar, you are only eating a small quantity so the effect on your health will not be much. Also 'fast foods' like pizza, burgers etc don't have to necessarily be unhealthy. It is a question of how they are prepared and the ingredients which are used. If you made a burger with good quality whole wheat buns (without sugar added), a grilled chicken patty, small quantity of cheese and mayonnaise/other sauce, and served with lots of fresh vegetables (like a salad for example), that can actually be quite a healthy and nutritious meal. It provides a good amount of carbs, small quantity of fats, good amount of protein and also vitamins, minerals and fibre.
