Ta da!! Here is the awesome news... I just broke my 76 hour fast. I broke it with 1cup of sauerkraut and a whole avocado. An hour later had lentil tortilla with onion, green pepper, red and yellow, purple onion and spinach all choped up place on my healthy home made tosted tortilla. I feel healthy, happy, thinner and inspired friends. Thank you! You all have inspired me. Now I move forward with 24 hour fast one meal a day. I also dedicated my fast to the Holy Spirit that lives in me. When I was weak I prayed. Amen!

🙏🏼✝️ amen! Sauerkraut for healthy microbiome leads to health and good satiety signals. 💕🤗 I currently have some homemade sauerkraut fermenting. I can only tolerate the juice now (healing sibo GAPs protocol) but Lord willing hopefully in another 2 months I’ll be able to microdose the cabbage part. I would love to eat a cup!

Please send companion guide! Just finished a 21 day fast; OMG amazing. Feel so CLEAN. Will start OMAD for next week. I have been fasting off and on for 2 years with good result but the 21 day fast was a super boost to weight loss; lost 22 pounds. This is the best I have felt in a LONG time; thank you Dr Mindy!!!

Just completed a 36hr (40 actually) fast this week. Your information has been super helpful!

@@DrMindyPelz I've been training in that 18hr zone since Dec. When I'd ski I could go 20hrs or so because I was 'doing' something, which made it much easier. Watched your 36hr video and felt I needed to do that to push the weight loss. Once I got past the 24 hour mark and pushed into that 30hr zone. I no longer had hunger issues at all. Going to do a 36hr 4x this month at the beginning of each week. 1 down 3 to go and then I'm going to push into that 48 and then 72.

@@DrMindyPelz Need to share my experience with life changing fasting. Two years ago started lost weight then learned that fasting is much more than weight-loss. Today in first 24hrs of 72hr fast colon dumped waste poop twice Dr. Mindy, wonderful. I want people to know that fasting best way remove toxins including waste. Thanks! 🥰🎆

I have been breaking my fast with a 1/4 ounce of Pili nuts an hour before I eat. I know it doesn’t seem like much but 1) it is the fattiest, lowest carb nut out there but I notice with it, my food doesn’t “run right through me” right after I eat. But, I think I will try MCT oil and coconut oil for the week. Let’s see how it goes. Thank you so much, Dr. Mindy. You’re the best of the best!

Brain Octane mct oil has been incredibly helpful for training myself to fast longer. Typically I use 1/2 Tbs vanilla ghee, 1/2 Tbs Brain Octane, stevia, salt blended coffee. That really helps. If I had cheese the day before it makes it harder so i eliminate cheese one to 3 days before. Also a decaf blended coffee in the afternoon if needed, epson bath, and early to bed. Warm salty water, lemon balm tea in the evening. I encourage everyone to remember fasting must be a training you do for yourself. The benefits are amazing. If you are in gut dysbiosis work on that with MegaSporeBiotics to have healthy satiety hormones. Or homemade sauerkraut to improve microbiome. If you struggle with cravings there is a reason, something is off or needs and CAN be improved. Work the steps to future smoother fasting. : ) 🙏🏼
