U grow well atleast I did thinking all bad things r bad and all good things r good that u need to stay in comfort keep digging for the good u get confused with the pleasure thinking its good aswell and ur in this deep hole the more u dig the harder it is to get out cuz ur pulling on the things that r good too much and pushing away the bad things and one day u have it bad and ur crushed by it all stuck but the way out u gotta climb thru pain and suffering to balance things out I think it's hard to balance it but u gotta get use to getting out and not digging too deep so it's easier to get out of either good or bad

Tbh, we all go through some kind of hardship, even an 'easy' life is a hardship in a way because you suffer from a lack of purpose or drive and also it could be bad for your health. It's more about overcoming difficulties and becoming confident at doing that. I'll be honest, I haven't had a difficult life relatively speaking, but there have been painful moments and experiences that I tried to convert into positive energy and fuel so that I would become stronger through them. Bullying, being mocked, ridiculed, stress, pressure, expectations, deadlines, these are all things I have dealt with, even a major physical injury, I used to put myself through tiring and arduous running on the regular to build discipline as well, boxing and tennis also helped me build character, discipline and resolve because I had to rise to new challenges. So I would say I've overcome challenges in my life, that is the key to becoming tougher.
