Best golf vids on youtube. You sir are a star.binge watched all youre videos in the last 6 weeks and my ball striking has improved no end. Thany you from a 69 yr old hacker that was taught to swing in to out with a closed face and could never get it to work.

This is the Mike Malaska move, "over the top from the inside" or race car hitting the apex of the corner before turning around it, are the two other analogies that he commonly uses i.e the heavy club head is allowed to overtake the light handle naturally to allow squaring and acceleration of the club head. All good.

Best explanation of how the club head connects to the hand path. I was one who was told inside the path , 4;30 line , hit to right field . I always felt no control of the club face the further my hand went from my body in the dynamic aera of the impsct. You explanation brings the hands in during this aera giving so much more control and less room for manipulation of the club face to hit it square.

Another excellent explanation of how the golf swing works using a broom to visualize it better. So you’re saying we should not work on our swing path 😂. Thanks, again, Stuart, for the education lesson. I’ve said it before, when I try to swing from the inside I always slice, so I just don’t do it. All of us get so much bad information on YT, and I’m no exception. We should all think of YT golf instructions in the same way as we do a Google search - more than 80% is either half truths or completely wrong. Cheers.

Looks like I better start saving up for the most expensive dinner I’ve ever paid for! Have taken away many key elements from many of the videos. The swing portion of this video, the early extension pipe drill, but the number one has been the grip. Started spraying things to the right this morning after what was a great session. Sure enough, looked down and instead of resting on the pad, I had gone all the way to the end and the handle was in the palm. Early extension was a symptom. You’re truly a mad scientist and I dig it! Thank you so much. I’ll get started saving up. Simon has to fit me if I come over! Take care!

Sir, this is such a brilliant video! Realizing that as the club is released that it swings from in to out is a game changer mentally for me. It allows me to move my hands more at the ball target line as you prescribe! Keep up the good work!

As Stuart knows I have struggled for a long time with a big inside to out path at impact which has led to massive inconsistencies of strike as I try to save it with the hands (and more often than not fat it). I have been using the broom for the last few weeks and as a consequence have a much cleaner back yard, but also I am seeing definite improvements (although still need to get the driver a bit straighter).
