I attempted this exercise years ago and couldn't able to walk for two days😂. I started it again yesterday in an attempt to lose weight. I want to go from 63 kg to 45 kg. I will inform you all on my progress. 03/12/23 -> 63 kg I have been continuing this & results are really satisfactory. 17/02/24 -> 57 kg I'm just walking now since Feb. 27/09/24 -> 52 kg

God .... Same.... 2021 i did it for 4 weeks. First week itself lost 2 kgs, then nothing. My ankle started hurting badly so i stopped after a few months i did ... But not regularly. Starting again now. First 7 days we need to do this without much effort, with ease. I do 4 instead of 8 times. Then we'll get used

Today I started this exercise my weight is 69kg - 59kg target....... Day 1 : complete successful .. .. But it's was very painful and effective I'm burning after doing workout I will update daily Day 2 : complete... I'm burning lot❤ Day 3 : skipped Day4:complete my work out and it's very painful 😅 Day 5: complete 👌💯 Day 6: complete 💐🌹 Date :7.12.2024- my wait 68 kg

Amazing! My fav workout. I have done lots of cardios and workouts but haven,t seen such ever. An interesting and strange side is that it looks easy and is full of "march" but at the end you can see lots of dropsy on your skin. 🤔🤩 Thankss 🙏🏻

@@tasneemmajid8829 sorry i stopped in between. As i said i have done this exercise two years back. Ome month i lost 3 kg. So 3 months almost 10 kg. With normal south indian home food. Just avoided sweets completely and fried food.

Without exaggeration this is THE best exercise out there.. it's challenging no matter how long you have been doing it, which is great.. it has warmup, it has stretching, it has water break.. it's doable yet challenging.. it's designed in a perfect way.. I have been doing it for the last 3 years.. it's THE best..
