As luck would have it, I walked in just as my favorite Goodwill started restocking all their shelves! The store was almost empty and I filled my cart with some amazing treasures including a gorgeous piece that could be Murano......!
Hello Everyone! Its Tiffany with Thrifting Vegas. I shop at thrift stores, estate sales, garage sales and discount stores for items I can resell for a profit on online platforms like eBay, Poshmark and Offer-Up.
Its a Friday night in Las Vegas, and I'm at my favorite Goodwill! The team is busy restocking the shelves and there's barely anyone in the store! The piece is Crewel, it is not Needlepoint, needlepoint is stitches in one direction slashes /////// in one direction to form a picture. Crewel is embroidery done with yarn.

Hi - F.Y.I. The crane picture is needle point & the other small piece, you found earlier, looks to be done with a sewing machine. The brand le sport sac in the purses, cleans up nicely in the washing machine. Just hand dry it, do not throw it in the dryer.

Lovely finds, as always. I believe the framed crane wall hanging is done in crewel. It's lovely. I upcycle items for sale and love watching your finds because I'm always not wanting to paint over a valuable vintage item. Since watching you, I've found many vintage items that I sell as they are. Every time I see Little Bear at the dog park he is being bullied by the bigger dogs; I know they learn through play, but a little scarey to see. In the hall: the Play School & Conner Puzzles brought back memories, also like the Anchor Hocking ice cream glasses. Good to be patient, your home is coming together so nicely. I think it’s a dog thing. When my dogs were young, they always were “submissive “ at the dog park. The bigger (older) dogs always were the “aggressors “. And nobody was REALLY being mean. Just play and pecking order stuff. When my dogs got older, they would hold their own more and not automatically go into submission. **just my own observation - not an expert here.

The Avon green vase iwas a series of Asian inspired patterns. The glass is infused with a scent and came in several different colors. I've got red, green, yellow, mint, lavender, pink that I've picked up at thrift stores. Some still have a scent!

Love this haul, especially the apple bowl. I think maybe you can market the gorgeous ashtray as a cigar ashtray, with the wide rests. Cigar smokers often pay more. I also loved that little copper teapot with the blue and white knob that you left behind. Thanks so much for all you do.

You find the most amazing things at your store, unfortunately at our Goodwill stores they think they are antique shops and their prices are high. We do have a store called The Rescue Mission and we can find some fantastic finds there. By the way I love your accent!

That glass butter dish bottom I believe is a silver butter dish liner. I don't know if the metal reacts to butter or what- but I've never seen a silver butter dish used without a liner. And they are good to have extras of because they always seem to get broken or lost.. Love your show for the salables and the fur babies.

I'm disabled waiting on ssi. I took in a homeless family last year. We all try to buy and resale stuff to just pay the bills. I've sold just 2 items on ebay so far. Always post the best photos that you can and attach good descriptions. Your profit depends on the price you paid for the item so be wary of overpaying. I live in Ohio and I always smile when you mention Wendell August Forge. The is a store located in Amish Country in Berlin, Ohio. I have been there on several occasions but I think I bought only gifts there. The other thing is I want you to know how nice your Goodwill Stores are. The shelving units are great. Tiffany, you always talk about things are too light weight , but people like me with Parkinsons and arthritis in the hands can NOT lift heavy items. also you do realize that not all antiques and vintage items were signed I am 68 and have been doing this for a long time. and please look at those pcs. that are made by what you call a hobby piece there are people that like those things. I love watching you , you are really the only Vagas Thriftier I can watch.

Hey, Tiffany! I’ve missed your last couple of videos and need to go back and watch. That apple bowl is a real find - I’m a fan of Hazel Atlas and had a 1940s/50s kitchen at one point. I had a lot of HA pieces for it! But in all my buying and looking, I never saw that anywhere! It’s beautiful!! Liked the fun chicken and striking green vase. But I love the brown glazed pot. It looks like it would be spectacular in your new bathroom! Which, BTW, just looks better and better each time we see it! Aw, sweet Bandit says nobody brings home better boxes than his mummy. And Bear is so gorgeous! I know it’s only okay, but I feel for him with the big dogs.
