it's because you connected google analytics in link accounts in google ads

Google Ads conversions is really annoying as Conversions do not represent the leads in our CRM system.

I would check if your CRM can integrate with Google Ads for the best possible data, they have a lot of integrations or Zapier can work as well. Recently I've used the tool Attributer more and that can help with lead attribution as well with your CRM, it's worth the cost IMO.
