This was extremely helpful. This will be my user guide. I bought my GoPro back in January and I haven't used it much as I didn't find a good user guide on how to use it. I am so happy I stumbled upon this video almost a year later🤣🤣 never too late. So now I'm all excited. Will definitely share this with others. I felt so embarrassed asking people how to use it and they too didn't know or pretend to know but don't share. So this has been God sent. You are such an amazing teacher on this. Before I started watching this video, I didn't even know how to turn my GoPro on or off. Forty minutes later, I was expertly recording videos with VOICE CONTROL, and I had set up a SCHEDULED CAPTURE. Truly a tour de force. They should put you in charge of the national curriculum.

I'm 67 years old. I bought a GoPro Hero 9 Black two weeks ago. I travel a lot and use my iPhone to record short movies to share with a walking group on facebook and my family. I am always worried about losing my iPhone when recording a trip because my whole life is on the iPhone and losing it would be a nightmare. This video has been invaluable. It has taught me how to use my GoPro. I can stop the video and start it again and keep going back and forth through the video to reinforce my learning. When I travel from now on I will leave my iPhone safely locked away. I am off to Svalbard next week full confidence that with my GoPro in hand I will be able to make a great short movie to record my artic adventure. Thank you!

Your videos are extremely helpful. You teach in a manner which gives just the right amount of information...I often don't have much time in my day and if a video, book, magazine, newspaper article etc. is too long or has too much extemporaneous detail I can't do it. Don't have the luxury. Your videos have just the right amount of information given in a clear and concise, as well as expedient manner. Got my GoPro Hero9 Black in the evening. Was able to film at work less than 3 hours later without making a total mess of it. Kudos and appreciation. Considering my lack of sleep and the fact that I had NO time with my GoPro before your video and after your video I was able to jump in and start filming without frustration. Thank you again. Best.

What a great tutorial, impressed - just the right amount of info, you can then go forth and dig deeper as required. I am migrating from a Session 4 (recently drowned, never to be recovered in Vanuatu) to Hero 9 Black ..... have just purchased a 2nd hand one, I will now be able to just plug it in and get straight into it when arriving back in Australia in a couple of weeks ..... Very useful video. I just picked one up - my first GoPro. I've been using Canon cameras for 40 years and this thing was completely alien to me. I know it has a lot of features, but didn't know how to access or use them. This was 40 minutes well spent. Straight to the point with a minimum of waffle and all the important points covered. I just got a Hero 9 Black. It is my first GoPro. I was astonished at how little GoPro has in the way of getting new users like me up and running. They have tons of awesome marketing videos. I sure wish they'd put some of that same effort into videos like yours. I am grateful you've done such a great job with this video.
