I have been neither a fan, nor a hater of Gordon, but, I give him the utmost respect in the way he treats his children. To hear about how his own father treated him and his mother while growing up, to see him be so great with his daughter is awesome to see, if you can rise from the ashes of an abusive situation and grow from it, it shows how strong of a person he truly is. So many people stay in the cycle of abuse and become part of the same problem for others in their own life. Total respect for Gordon.

This comment will be lost but I'm still gonna write it. To whomever sees this, dry your pumpkin seeds for 24 hours. This will allow the rest of the orange flesh to be removed. Then you can roast it for about 40 minutes, with a quick rotation after 20 minutes

Didnt expect this. Lots of likes and comments. No, I definitely dont know anything about cooking compared to Gordon Ramsay. The man is a genius. I just felt the need to add my two cents. Yes, you can wash them off but if you leave the shells attached to the seeds, a little bit of the inedible flesh remains. I just prefer to have them a little extra clean but to each their own. Edit: Added: I just prefer to have them a little extra clean but to each their own.

He is what you call an ARTIST! And he is teaching his girls the best thing you can do with them. To cook. What is better than time in the kitchen and teaching your kids what you know. I love this warm pumpkin soup.
