I love this recipe! My family and I enjoy watching your work especially your travel shows. I do the cooking for my family and I have two boys ages 9 and 16, so we go through some protein! I hunt a lot and use this dish often with my venison sausages that I make every season. This is a family favorite. Thank you so much for sharing this family dish of yours.
