Gordon Ramsay vs Portuguese "Bifana"

I watched Gordon Ramsay's video on how to do a traditional Portuguese pork sandwich: a Bifana. The sandwich looks good, but as a Portuguese I'm traumatised for life.

Master Chef....no- this is chef MASTER-BATOR version of bifana. I am not Potugese but even blind person would be offended with calling THIS a bifana. Just because it called "next level" "beautiful" it has nothing to do with famous Portugese dish. It is like making boiling beef version of medium rare grilled beef steak in UK.... I watch his shows all the time but this is bull💩 Time to retire....
