an absolute beast and probably one of the best athletes out there when it comes to bodyweight dips and endurance. sadly he's a fake natty and considering he competes in a lot of tournaments agains real nattys i don't think he's a very genuine or honest individual

@@alannaujac My workouts consists mainly from EMOM sets and Pyramid sets. Emom sets are 10 minutes long with 60% of my maximum reps. While with pyramids i go as high as i can. I always do super-set emom and pyramids which damages muscle way more
