i don't know how it happens, but every time i think of an ingredient that i want to use but don't want to cook in the same way, let's say, same soup as before, your channel always becomes the perfect place to find a new, interesting, simple recipe. i wanted to eat canned chickpeas, but didn't want to cook the same things as before, so i didn't buy anything 😂 it's 3am here now, and i want to rush to the grocery store and buy a can of chickpeas, because these fritters look absolutely delicious, I want to eat them so much haha thank you for your dedication, for your channel, it's a perfect place for inspiration. i feel like i could use your recipes for decades and never get bored, with so many tasty, healthy, amazing dishes ☀️

The most important technical tip is to make in small batches, so you can eat some of the fritters while making the following batches.

Instead of the egg could have used the liquid from the chickpeas (aquafaba) which is an excellent egg substitute. Waist not, want not. 👍🙏🏻

Insiders' Tip: Remove the skins from the chickpeas during the rinse because they are bitter.

After rinsing, spread them on a tea towel, put another tea towel on top then rub the chickpeas between the two towels which helps to dry them and also gets most of the skins off, the ones that don't come off you can usually pick off easily. :)

Very nice recipe with ingredients most have on hand! There's a bunch of fresh parsley in a cold glass of water on the sill. Weed out the ones that start to turn color, change the water and the Parsley is freshly available for a month! Looking forward to making these. Thank you 🥰

Oyee! Este es un receta buenisimo ..I literally just got done making this and made quite more than the recipe called for so I bagged some up and put them in the fridge.. As a 28 year old, I’ve started getting back into cooking after cooking bare basic recipes about ten years ago.. honestly for the past tres semanas yo hice several of your recipes.. de tortilla de papas .. champiñones con cebolla y ajo .. empanadas con espinaca y cebolla con Manchego queso.. Almond flower would work too I’d think! I have Hashimoto need to avoid any gluten products.
