I think that beginning move of Fabi's put Levy in a weird space.... So, much so that It almost tilted Levy... But hey is disrespectful as the opening was- it worked... Maybe you're taking the game more seriously than he is an he's not worried about it because he realistically doesn't have much of a chance against upper echelon players like Fabi, Hikaru, Magnus, etc and so instead just enjoys the excitement and privilege of getting to play other great players that he respects.
