我寫下我值得驕傲的事不論大小,一條條列出,打印紙上貼在電腦旁,看到就拍拍自己的肩膀說好棒棒幸苦了job well done。十幾年後我的list每年增加,越來越長。我不需要旁人和世界的肯定,當自己的啦啦隊,慢慢建立自己的自信和底氣。也許這些”成就“不是大不了的事,但它們是我人生的正面軌跡,大大超過負面的事。
1 enough time of sleep 2 be grateful, nothing take it for granted 3 find ur miracle question and set a visualized goal 4 social media is junk food - non effecitve social networking, no eye contact and waste of time 5 face ur fearness, encouner it and fix it, be brave and this helps lessen anxiety, fears, and uncertainty 6 power of prerent, train ur positive mindset throuh meditation, praying or therapies 7 brain setup make u more prefer explore and find new things when u wer young, when u getting older, u are more into a wisdom mode, u gained alot life experience,and intergrate as a package, ur vision and judgement are sharp, u know what is prior and what is nmot important, and u know u time is limited
