Right after they start enforcing the existing law against city employees operating city vehicles while using cell phones. Right after they start enforcing the existing law that says commercial vehicle drivers may not use cell phones while driving. Yes, let us see some 'enforcement'. What a joke.

I hope they issue tickets for this until there's an ink shortage. Sick of driving behind noobs not moving on green lights, short left turns, and driving slow yacking away in their own little world.
