thank youuu Grace for this episode 💗 chronic overthinker here.. loove the term of 'analysis paralysis', overthinking quite literally paralyses you. love the idea of whittling it all down to the 3 causes. really enjoyed your delivery of everything too 🥹🌷

This is an amazing topic to be talking about! however, as an emerging creator I would love to see the behind the scenes on how you elegantly put together these videos and ensure every thing that needs to be spoken about is spoken about during the process and the editing process. You're a busy lady so also understand if this is something you don't wish to show

As a business owner I realized my procrastination stemmed from a fear of success. I self-sabotaged and I sat in that feeling as you said. It took me all the way to my childhood and realizing my mum has always diminished my wins and anytime I’ve been asked to be a lead in school - she has discouraged me. When people say , ‘Xxx is creative, I love her work ‘.. she tells me things like I know people say your work is good but I don’t really see it. I’m gradually separating my feelings from her criticisms playing over and over in my mind. …p.s I was featured in a magazine once - full page feature of me in an evening gown ( she said I looked horrible ( a better word of what she actually said )

The fact that I’ve been on the fence about moving across the GLOBE to AUSTRALIA for a masters degree and then your example is literally the fear of moving abroad 🫢
@pavilova293 ай бұрын
I actually did that a couple of years ago. Turned out Australia is not for me, but you have to realize that if you don’t do it, you will spend your whole life wondering and thinking that you missed an opportunity to do what you wanted. Better to know that it’s not for you! But what if it is?

i feel like a issue ive had is Its me vs me, ive took everything negative anyone ever said, any experience etc and just stored it in my brain for 10+ years and just believe I'm it, whilst everyone around me lifts me up and says I'm not this way, its like I revert to the negative thoughts... tricky

This was absolutely amazing and beyond helpful, I didn’t even know how much I needed to hear it. thank you so much for your amazing talent articulating topics so well. The explanation about the paradox of choice was like a brick to the face, that’s why i have been overthinking a decision and feeling stuck in analysis paralysis. Going through your steps now to overcome it. So grateful 🫶🏼
