100% I'm delighted that someone has finally mentioned it only has to be simply 5 or 10mins. Especially for mums or anyone in a care giving or service role. I've experienced this massive change in my life, the difference is noticeable immediately. Simple but like any new habit you'll go through the stages of keeping with it & falling off. However the days you fall off gives you the valuable insight of how much it actually works!

For what it is worth, I think the best thing anyone can do for themselves, is "to do, what they say they will do". To do this needs self discipline sometimes, which is a good habit to develop and have. It then prevents negative self talk, as the job you were supposed to do, has now been done. For me this brings a sense of achievement and pride. I try to apply this thinking to everything - large or small. I hope this helps 🙂.

This is definitely my favourite episode ever! My biggest take of this episode is the need of daily practice of solitude! That's the 'lightbulb' moment for me!

Dr. Chatterjee's emphasis on tuning into yourself for just a few minutes each morning is such a practical and powerful way to set the tone for the day. A holistic approach truly makes all the difference! 🌿

Amazing how for decades we've tried to move away from landline phones, yet now most of us crave it as its just pure communication, no messaging or notifications, just the important calls. (and probably some cold callers too) 🤣

I have to force myself to go to bed earlier in the evenings and I have a little wind down routine because I know I’m far more likely to get up earlier and do some meditation and exercise in the morning if I’ve given myself enough sleep. Otherwise I just won’t get out of bed earlier to do it if I feel sleep deprived l refuse! 😂

Man this is so funny, me too. I refuse to sacrifice precious sleep for anything. That is more important.

I do feel like listing some of the important parts of the conversation, other than conversations points would be quite helpful for those of us who are watching while doing stuff, and therefore the time to make notes is not there. Having to scroolnthrough the video is quite tedious, 😢 For instance his three questions. A bit more substance but also taking into consideration that different kinds of people listen to the podcast.
