You should never be ashamed to eat.. unless you a literally being a pig. It's all about moderation and eat in relation to how much you move. Get that down and you are sorted 👍

@@jcaylalove8713 what is defined as eating like a pig? honestly making people feel ashamed of what they eat or rather how much is terrible! and yes moving is good but too much excersise is terrible and moderation is a good word but also if people want a whole pint of ice cream one day? so be it food is just food and labelling things as "healthy" and "unhealthy" is the thing that creates eating disorders.

Finlay Mackenzie in my family we call it “on toast night” cause when my siblings and I were little we were only trusted to do things involving the toaster and the microwave 😂 beans on toast, spaghetti hoops on toast etc still even if we don’t have something on toast we still call it “on toast”

That mushroom pasta looked amazing! I make quick cinnamon rolls using a baking powder (also called a tea biscuit) recipe and they are great. I do like a traditional cinnamon roll but this momma of 4 needs quick recipes! Excellent video.

Omg this is so meta. I was binging grack last night while baking those cookies at 2AM. And mine came out almost the same!!!! The dough seemed too wet to me so I added extra flour right away. Won't lie, taste wise they were the best cookies I had since ive gone vegan but I also added (vegan)white chocolate and hazelnuts. Fed them to my coworkers today, they were pretty happy with them.

To anyone reading this TRY THE CREAMY PASTA it’s amazing!! It has become a classic among me and my boyfriend (he’s not even vegan) if you don’t like mushrooms or spinach just use other veggies you have lying around in the fridge it will probably work ! (I already tried switching the spinach for courgette and brocolis & it was awesome)

Happy Veganuary Grace! Next time you can’t find the Crushheeerrr try crushing garlic cloves still in their paper by smashing them with m the lower part of the palm of your hand on your kitchen counter. It’s oddly satisfying and when you do it this way and let them sit for 10-15 min there is a chemical reaction by being exposed to the air from that style of crushing that maximizes the beneficial components 👍🧄 Garlic, yay! 🤠

Tip for you grace.. the garlic crusher you use you dont have to peel the garlic just put a clove in it will crush the garlic and the skin will stay in the crusher

Omg, I’ve been vegan for 6 years and I’ve never made a single one of these recipes (except the pasta, cinnamon rolls and dahl which I make all the time. Hey Grace, can you get a canned product by the company 'Sanitarium' called Nutmeat? We have it in New Zealand and Australia. It's a vegetarian meat replacement. I absolutely love it. Although it's not something everyone will like. It's worth a try though. I use it instead of meat in so many recipes. Spaghetti Bolognese, nachos, burgers. Pretty much anything. You just remove it from the can and mash it up. Or I even slice it and put it in sandwiches.
