Now that I see Graham's boss spent $10,000 on each of his dining chairs, I understand why Graham is so afraid of lifestyle inflation. It is scary to think you'd be comfortable dropping six figures on really tiny things or pieces of furniture. All that said, congrats to Jason. It sounds like he has negative equity on two other properties and probably doesn't own a big percentage of this property.
