Now that I see Graham's boss spent $10,000 on each of his dining chairs, I understand why Graham is so afraid of lifestyle inflation. It is scary to think you'd be comfortable dropping six figures on really tiny things or pieces of furniture. All that said, congrats to Jason. Watching him made me fear that I will become like him in 10 years when I have a lot of money. I would hate to be where he is though. It sounds like he has negative equity on two other properties and probably doesn't own a big percentage of this property. It sounds to me like he has inflated his lifestyle so much that he will forever have to work his rear off to keep this lifestyle.
