Lots of open spaces One tip for all folks looking to buy real estate: "Don't overthink" But do your research, and buy a place that you can actually afford, get your credit evaluated and see what terms you're eligible for. Watching him made me fear that I will become like him in 10 years when I have a lot of money. I would hate to be where he is though. It sounds like he has negative equity on two other properties and probably doesn't own a big percentage of this property. It sounds to me like he has inflated his lifestyle so much that he will forever have to work his rear off to keep this lifestyle.

This is the dream of all real estate investors, to have a house like this. I am currently saving for a down payment on my first real estate property; should only be a few more months till I have enough. Thanks for the great video like always!

Really inspiring to hear Jason with how he became the way he is. I just got my real estate license in CA, at the height of the corona, and sadly I'm going to have to wait before I jump in the real estate market.

oh my goodness the house is absolutely gorgeous. simply breathtaking and amazing design. I must say that its really inspiring to not only get into real estate but work my butt off to have what he has and then some. As a side note: if I had a dollar for every time Jason said brass, copper or any type of metal... I would have enough money to buy that house LOL
