i have hives recently and i started taking high dose of vitamin d plus k2 and magnesium, my skin has been recovering fast.

免疫疾病的和体力已经有病毒入侵的,吃肯定有效,因为D3有抑制病毒的效果。 也有抗肿瘤的效果。

Also, on a second thought, I think that it’s worthwhile to discuss the relationship between vitamin D deficiency and depression, as well as body’s inflammatory responses before you made this recommendation.

I find getting natural sunlight works best for me. It improves my mood, digestion and increases energy level. The challenge is NOT to get too much sun.. lol (ugh)
