Cheers David and much appreciated for watching and commenting 👍 I have the ‘transition’ set at 18 seconds and i think it works well, wish i had done it from the start as i struggle watching the older videos because of how quick they morph. Nevermind, ye live an learn. Cheers for watching 👍

Hello Mark. A big Thankyou for watching. Towns with character & spirit reduced to mere estates and not alone judging by the rest of the UK. I know they had their problems & issues but something existed back then that no longer exists. Kind regards 👍

I love that picture. I used the ‘Grangetown in Times past’ saved website on the ‘Web Archive’ i did have their names appearing on the screen but in the end i went with the current caption because I’ve only recently started using captions on the ‘then’ pictures and at the moment I’m wary of over doing it and taking peoples eyes away from what are class old pictures . Kind regards Steve and a big Thankyou for watching and commenting 👍

@@arthurvasey I love those pictures of In and around Birchington Ave. Not many exist so I’m grateful to the owner who posted them on the Facebook Page ‘proud to be a Grangetown’
