But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law. And those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. If we live by the Spirit, let us also keep in step with the Spirit. Let us not become conceited, provoking one another, envying one another. Galatians 5:22-26

Thank you for bringing up generational curses, as it's something that most people, especially Christians, don't know about about or don't understand. It can create a problem like you said that one who was molested has molested, and they don't understand why. It's big one for people to know and understand. I Peter 2:24 24 who Himself (Jesus) bore our sins in His own body on the tree (the Word says, cursed is the man who is hung on a tree, so He even took the curses on man for breaking God's law, word curses spoken by ones in authority over us, and all the generational curses because we are of Adam), that we, having died to sins (in baptism), might live for righteousness (a whole new chance as resurrected new creatures!) -by whose stripes you were healed (totally forgiven so spiritually healed and in the end physically as well).

Not all women need to stay in an unfaithful or abusive relationship. Yes , we need to forgive but that comes in time . There are biblical grounds for divorce. 🙏🏽 And you can choose to stay and reconcile, but either way is painful but God is able to restore us .
@Imom4Him5 жыл бұрын
Get IT J especially women with no job , no family help no way out or because of the children. But praise God he changed some men and women do not . And yes they divorced because of Unforgiveness . Satan is a liar and the father of lies his mission is to rob , steal and destroy families he wants us dead ! There are so many different situations, not all are the same ; if some are divorced and new in Christ we still have Purpose. My father cheated and left our family when my mother became ill and had a child with another woman, later he wanted to reconcile with me mom , she told him no , but she forgave him and went home with the Lord . My father is now ill with cancer and has had strokes and the women he left us for doesn’t want to care for him . Hmm . God word is TRUTH “whatever we sow we reap . In my first marriage we were believers ( details too long) 😆🐶 there was a time we both were not walking right , he chose to believe the lies of the enemy and leave me and our 2 children. And he left me and the Lord for another woman. The word of God tells us that in the Last Days Believers will fall away and be unrecognizable ( which translated ) means Unwilling to forgive. I was single ten years I married a man of God and he loves my children, I will admit marriage in Christ is not easy - but as long as you “follow the Manuel or E - Manuel ) 😆😆 the Lord works it all out . I pray for those struggling in their marriages today may you SEEK HIM and His Guidance and He will lead you !! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽💚🌈💯

@@Imom4Him tough thing is we are making conclusions based on Our standards which are flawed. Even the certificates or biblical reasons for divorce were given due to the hardness of our hearts. We are called to be Christ like particularly in marriage. Imagine if Christ walk out on you for whatever reason? He loves us as we are and while He would want us to change and accept Him, He does not require it of us, and in the same we we should not require it of our spouse, it's not a trade, it's a choice, and the choice is your responsibility.
@Imom4Him5 жыл бұрын
Victor Gachahi Maina you just said it your self , He allowed divorce because “of the hardness of ones heart ,” which is disobedience to harden our heart but rather we are to forgive as Christ, my former spouse CHOSE not to forgive therefore he had no biblical grounds for divorce and then married the women he left us for . Which now according to Matthew Ch 19 is a marriage of adultry . In this fallen world it happens. If only we would all choose to forgive as Christ, but we can be and make that difference! 🙋🏻♀️🐶👍🏽. We should always seek His direction and obey it .

I'm so raw and open, and dying inside because my husband just wont open up and be intimate with me. There is no trust and no communication. I live in fear now, fearful that I will run into one of the women he has acted out with again, because we have run into someone from his past before. It has caused me to isolate, I'm afraid to go anywhere with him anymore. I don't even want to go to church because he looks around all the time and it bothers me. When I asked him, "why do you look around during the service instead of looking at the pastor and paying attention?", his response was, "I'm looking to see if I know any women that will come up to me and say hi and then I'll have to explain myself to you". What?!! I don't feel safe in church anymore, the Lords house of all places I should feel safe, so we listen online now. It's heartbreaking, 34 years of infidelity, how long Lord, how long?

My husband & I are going through this right now. The truth came out 7 months ago, we are both born again. Unfortunately when it happened, we weren't. Is it okay to bring it up every time there's a difference between us? It hurts sooo much. I need help because I can't cope with the up & downs anymore. I feel like the forgiveness is counterfeit because of the fear of being alone..

Mr interviewer, "Get out of jail free card" ??? Glad my pastor is not like you or my family would have suffered in silence under great oppression and abuse. Why should the abuser calling themselves a Christian get the free pass by manipulating Christianity. God will not be mocked. I thank the Lord for my pastor and his family who saw right through that manipulator and gave Godly counsel, provided a safe place for us to worship and find the true and living God and welcomed us with open arms. Nobody is looking for an excuse to get out of marriage and have their family destroyed, some people have no choice sir!

He’s talking about when Moses said it is okay to get a divorce if your spouse has had an affair. He meant at that point in the marriage Al was able to opt for divorce and it would not be a “sin”. The interviewer said people usually would take their spouse having an affair as a “get out of jail free card” basically saying Al was technically free to divorce lisa if he wanted to but he did not. I’m sorry for your past and hope Jesus has delivered and healed your hurts ❤ just wanted to give you a re-explanation even if it is 3 years later these people as much as I’ve heard their content I’ve never heard them pressure anyone to stay in abusive relationship but rather to seek help and safety

Kay got lucky in the end. I believe that nobody should stay in an abusive relationship. It's dysfunctional and it's the devil. You can love and forgive from a far - subjecting yourself and your kids to hell isn't the way God would want someone to live, I don't think. The kids got lucky too. They all ended up pretty unmessed up or at least it seems so for the cameras. There are millions of kids who did not end up ok because they were raised in dysfunction.

I am so tired of cheating wifes bragging about their cheating behavior and everyone acting like they are so kind of hero. She stabbed her husband and family in the back. Every time she gets on social media about her poor poor life and talk about her cheating, she is stabbing her husband family in the back. She should leave and let her husband and family find a decent loyal woman, not a cheater.
