Great to see a screen like this Conor ..simple but effective..I've been planning something like this for a while..its great to see one working..that shale rock you have there is great for packing down and binding together.. the stuff I have has some small round stone which is not as good for binding together..but screening it would be a huge improvement..very helpful video

Thanks Thomas, took a bit of research to build it first time and trial and error but I’ve put the best part of 500 ton through it at least and build roadways with the material, works great, thanks for watching 👍🏼

If you could fit two trailers under that, it would make it handy for piling it as its being graded.

I would be leaning toward a faulty thermal overload on the welder. It thinks it's hotter than it actually is. Should be little unit with 2 wires going into transformer. They are normally close switch so you could jump the wires to diagnose. Obviously it's not advisable to run that way for too long
