Ingredients:
For 5 glasses of 720 ml:
2 kg of tomatoes
500 g peppers
Soak 800 g cucumbers in cold water for 3 hours
600 g onions (red and yellow onions)
30-40 g of garlic
40 g dill
40 g parsley
2 tablespoons of table salt
120 ml tasteless sunflower oil
basil
4-5 peppercorns
Put 1 teaspoon of sugar in each glass
Pour 1 tablespoon of 9% vinegar into each glass
Pour the remaining juice over it
Close the jars loosely
Bring to a boil and sterilize for 30 minutes (for 720 ml jars)
40 minutes for 1 liter glasses
After sterilization, screw the lid on tightly
Turn the jars upside down and check for leaks
Cover with a warm blanket and let cool completely
Store for 1 year at a temperature not exceeding 25 ° C
