As Stated previously there is a very small amount of PokeTubers who actually care about the community such as yourself, PokeRev, CoolTrainerRyan, RBNATE, DPM and finally rattle. The Problem with Seismic is he first off clearly does this for views, attention, subs, likes etc. Hoping to one day be as big as PokeRev so one day he wont have to work a day job and just chill hard producing pokemon content all day. Reality is very few will get the chance to do that and faking stuff just to bring attention to yourself as well as participating in illegal activity doesn't help his cause either. I believe many children are his subscribers and they might not yet understand what he is doing which is why he gets the views and subs. Adults who participate and engage in his content should just stop and see that he is not putting out content to "better the community" but doing it for his own selfish act/agenda/personal gain. I bet his apology video was put out in fear that he may lose subs views etc. not because he actually meant the words that came out of his mouth lol.

I am fine weighing packs for self-use and information gathering, so long as you open the packs or save the "undesirable" packs for the pack art collection. Unfortunately, many just sell the packs or offload them, some are more honest sellers who mention it has been weighed, but the problem is that the first seller may be honest there is no guarantee the reseller isn't honest and someone will get scammed down the line. It is a grey zone in such a situation for the first seller because though a less scrupulous buyer/reseller isn't honest they didn't perpetuate the fraud directly, but they are indirectly responsible for the venue of fraud (if the reseller doesn't mention they have been weighed) happening in the first place.

Having an hypothesis and testing it should he fun content as is, and giving the honest results is an easy exercise in building trust. Even if he didn't leave blantant evidence he was lying in the video, the barrier for anyone to disprove these results themselves isn't even particularly high. Very interesting, it'd very tough for me to see this, because I've been talking to him a lot recently, because it seemed he has learned his lesson. However, from what's in the video, it does seem he switched the packs. Until he comes up with proof he didn't, I am obligated to look at the evidence. I hope not, because I did talk to him, and ya know what he does seem like a nice guy :)
