A crit bonk removing player collision would actually be awful because the main competitive use for bonk is bodyblocking medics. Similarly sentry knockback can often be used by an intelligent scout to propel themselves to a better position. I think it'd make more sense to give the crit bonk a speed boost and remove the speed drain.

The second part is useless because, even knowing there was a small chance, nobody would blow cloak to INTENTIONALLY stab an ubered enemy.
