I was raised the same way as OP. The difference is I'm currently with a good, humble, mechanic. We aren't rich by any means, at least not financially rich, however we are rich in love, respect, loyalty and family. My grandma "trained" me to be the "Lady of the house" hell I had a Marrige Contract with a High level Italian family.

not all rich people are like that. my bestie is RICH RICH and her family is pretty much normal with tons of money. my bestie’s parents encouraged all of their kids to work for what they want regardless of how much money they have in their trust funds. my bestie got her trust fund at 18 and lives on the interest. she’s never touched the principal. she’s splitting her trust fund between her 4 kids so they don’t have to pay for college or a house
