Easy because he wasn't. He was a excellent student not genius. Remember he took also his job for his wife

@@Sifya You could be correct, people need to understand that being a genius does not somehow make a person worthy of proverbial worship. Albert Einstein was a certifiable genius, but he was a terrible husband, father, as well as just not being a nice person. From what I have read it seems that being a genius often are not considered as a nice individual. Mozart, Beethoven, and even Aristotle are beyond a doubt all geniuses and some of western civilization revered but from what I have read they all were despised by people who actually knew them. Of course there are always exceptions to every rule.

@@Odd_Interaction also being a genius can been passed easily by a good team job. For that we don't have so much geniuses, aslo most time geniues always got a rational person who make hob possible. @@Sifya Decades ago when younger, while reading Alice in Wonderland, that makes me chuckle. “You’re mad, bonkers, completely off your head,” said Charles Dodgson’s character Alive in his book Alice in Wonderland. “But I’ll tell you a secret. All the best people are.” I’ve always liked to read and there a quote by Oscar Levant “There's a fine line between genius and insanity. I have erased this line.” Although some historians say it goes all the way back to Ancient Greece and Aristotle. So perhaps it is true….

Maybe I'm not remembering it correctly, but didn't the brother marry into a rich family? If they were stupid enough to tick off the daughter of the owner of the software company, or the rich relatives, then that's on them. Obviously the brother isn't going to be stupid and take their side over his wife's side. Her dad owned the company and she was going to take it over. If she wanted to work on other things, her in-laws are in no position to tell her what she can and can't do. OP's parents are getting a lesson in, "You reap what you sow."

This story was so impossible to follow. Who thinks like this when they’re writing down their story. It took me 5-10 minutes to realize op was referring to her father, when she just started talking about Arthur. She went to saying how Arthur sold the shop he had inherited from his parents, to which he received a lot of money, to pay brother’s tuition to not understanding where the money came from as the only way was to rob a bank??? And then OP’s response to father not supporting her career choice and paying for the culinary school’s tuition was to NOT enter competitions, instead of winning competitions and using the award money along with saving money from a job to meet tuition? After getting a job at a restaurant and meeting the guy everybody loves, she messes up significantly, so badly that a coworker or manager or someone wants to sue her but Gabriel takes her side saying it was the coworker’s fault? What? I had to stop listening to this because it was such a ludicrous story
@Racfguy Жыл бұрын
I was perplexed, too. First she talked about Mary, then she mentioned Arthur. I had to re-read it to figure out who they really were. Then later, she can't decide whether to 'chose' Arthur or Gabriel. DUUUHHHH! That's a no-brainer. Why would she even consider her abusive, demeaning father over her husband. This story could have used a proofreader and an editor.
