You're unbelievably kind and you have a very nice smile, it's a pleasure to listen to your lessons. I already told you you're a great teacher, so it's easy to follow your lessons. The language is not very easy, but you're very clear and patient. I already can read something even if the Greek alphabet is totally different from the English one. Let's keep on learning, at least now I can say something and when I'll be in Greece I'll be able to order something to eat... black bread, spinach, cheese and tea, Δεν μου αρεσει ο καφες... surely I won't starve! Ευχαριστω πολυ! (I can't find the accents and I spent half an hour to find the letters) 😄🙏

Hi again! Glad to see you back, my teacher. Take in consideration that If you learn spanish in south america you will miss the "θ" phonetic sound that we have in Spain and Greece. ;)

Hello from Serbia. I learn greek language and your lessons help me a lot. But I dont understand articles. Why "mia tiropita" and not use "tin tiropita" in accusative? Tha ithela tin tiropita parakalo. Thank you. In serbian language no articles, so its so difficult for me.

In serbian there are no articles! This is interesting! Well, if you use the definite article την you mean that you want that specific cheese pie and not another piece. However when you enter a bakery there are tones of cheese pie, so you don't want "the cheese pie" but "a cheese pie". You need a piece, no matter which piece 😊

Can we say μαυρο αρτος instead of μαυρο ψωμι? In other words are αρτος and ψωμι same meaning?

The meaning is the same but we don't use άρτος when we speak for regular bread. We use it only for religious purpose at the church.

Koine greek is more difficult than modern greek. I would advise you to focus on koine greek since this is your goal.
