I am a complete child (Imagine a child that also can't cook as many will have. surpassed me already!) when it comes to cooking, but even to this day, I still use your Scrambled eggs approach, exactly as described, low heat pushed to the centre over and over! This looks delicious! I can definitely manage this! I love your stuff, so clear and easy to follow, I need that, when it comes to cooking! Thank you!

I love green smoothies! They're my favorite since it's such an easy way to get in your greens. My go to green smoothie is similar to yours, but I add cucumber, use chia seeds & ground flaxseed instead of hemp seeds, pb instead of almond butter, and for liquid I add both water and almond milk :)

Every night before bed time i drink green smoothie and if i dont have coconut milk, im using plain yoghurt with green tea. 1banana, i cup of spinich, half of advacado, 1lemon, glove of ginger, 3spoon of plain yoghurt and green tea than i blended it. It so yummy 😍😍

Thank you for suggesting mango as a sub for banana. I used to eat bananas but they started hurting/cramping my stomach. I also like to use chia seed or flax & collagen protein.

If you drink them quickly, that could be a reason. If so, try "chewing" each mouthful for a few seconds, to get that saliva (with digestive enzymes) going. Slows down the amount of time it takes to ingest it dramatically. This has worked for me. I've been drinking smoothies several times per week for about 10 yrs.

seeds & nuts have phytic acid which can inhibit the absorption of some of the nutrients you may be looking to take in from the veggies you put in - just a note, depending on what your intention is for making this!! otherwise, great smoothie!

The only ingredients that sound appealing in this is the ice and baby spinach. I've never done nut butters or anything other than cow's milk ... I'm not a huge banana fan and I don't like mango...and my son is also allergic to mango. Darn it. I'm sorry for sounding so negative but I'm craving this delicious green smoothie I sampled when I was at work a few years ago and I don't like trying weird stuff...maybe I should have made sure to get the recipe from her that day. Then I guess if it had ingredients I'm not used to being I already fell in love with the smoothie I wouldn't be so hesitant to go out and buy them. I would love to know though if there is something else someone could substitute in a smoothie for banana if mango isn't an option.
