Hopefully with him vehicles (whatever he works for) will roll out the factory fully optimized both emissions and power wise. Until then,I'll be reading his tuning book. Love how he goes into detail every question. I tend to do this too,people become lost.lol.Like totally.

oe tuning vs aftermarket you can go as crazy as you like with aftermarket if you want to run strict parameters you can everything he mentioned about cams torque based turbo control aftermarket ecu can control oe has a guide line to follow that's the only difference

You can have both. Leave the emissions controls on cars and work with them not removed them or curse them. You can have all three, clean emissions, reasonable gas mileage and big power. Besides beyond a certain point especially in the V8 world you aren't competitive anymore unless you own a shop and/or corporate sponsorship.
