I JUST bought this guitar used from GC online, same color and model. Cannot wait to get into it. I have a bunch of Teles, Strats, a Les Paul...sadly, sold a 335...but this looks amazing. Thank you!

I love these Gretsch semi hollow guitars,from the 5420 to the older Chet Atkins models ,and the solid body 5220 model as well which is a lot of guitar for the money👍🎸 Great Video👍🎸

I became 'Gretsch curious' when I found out Pete Townsend used a '59, 6120 on Who's Next and Quadraphenia. However semi hollow bodies aren't really suitable for the music I play and I never followed up, so it was kind of nice to live vicariously through this vid. Thx.

Have a Blue one, really don't care much for it so it sets with the rest of the Never gets played collection! The white looks nice with the gold HW.

"Celebrate mediocrity" always cracks me up. Ya know what would be hilarious, Sitting down for a job interview and the owner says, So, tell me a little bit about yourself. I celebrate mediocrity. But ya gotta say it with an annoying cheerleader balloon head over the top enthusiastic rah, rah, yah, voice with a big goofy smile on your face. I celebrate mediocrity. YAH! Then wait and watch for the response. haha Now that I think about it, its tempting to apply for a job I have zero interest in, just to get a sit-down with a manager/owner and run this bit.
