Almost all Ateez B-Sides are title track worthy that I think they reversed the script and are now making their title tracks a B-Side worthy song. 😂 It's too hard to choose, we're so/so about this song... so title track it is. Edited to say: Ha... i wrote this right before Teddy said what he did about making the title track a B-Side so people check out the album to see what Ateez can really do.

It's also the first album of a new arc, they usually change up the sound for each new arc. Fever had a lot more EDM influence, The World series had both punk and cinema influence, and the new arc seems to be a) more experimental, and b) heavily inspired by Latin music. Tho that started in Will, which I imagine was intentional to ease us into it here.

This entire EP is just GOLD. Every song gets me in a great mood and motivates me to do stuff, because I can’t sit still while listening to any of them. Even Empty Box makes me wanna do stuff - that song feels like a hug. If we can’t get MVs for the other songs, then I wish for performance videos, because the dance gotta be AMAZING for Blind, Shaboom and Siren. Empty Box could’ve a cozy video, nothing big. I wish it will happen!

For me its like a transition from world z to world A Like Golden hour is like asking them what is their current state after experiencing all that rukus in world z do they regret it or they have any good memories that they cherish there? Blind sounds more like mettalic world z kind vibe where they still contain the memories the good and bad experience in world z Empty box is like they finally leaving back all the trauma experienced in world z Work they moved on started focussing on their work Shaboom is looking ke finally everything is progressing and they enjoying the life Siren is like they after taking time relaxing, enjoying and deviating from the trauma by focussing more on work the now regained their strength and back to form This is what all the songs on put together gave me this whole idea

In the preview live stream for the album they said that blind and siren were title track candidates for their last album and this one but they sticked with work cause they felt like work fits this albums theme "golden hour" the best out of all the tracks

Some people thought that ATEEZ is all just about crazy choreos and music but they do not know that ATEEZ also never fails on making songs that is relatable. I don't know if you listened to Fever or Be With You yet, but those songs saved me. They're old songs from their tracklist but they still hit different. the thing with ateez is they're just so amazing that all of their songs can and should be title tracks. picking a title track has a lot to do with which song they believe is the central idea of the album and also which song will gain more recognition. there are many factors and while we all wish they could've all been title tracks I'm just grateful that WE CAN FINALLY LISTEN TO THEM ON REPEAT!!!!

I was thinking maybe they will have another MV for Blind or Siren, since they usually do more than one mv per album. Also Work looks like it was made in America, maybe during the Coachella weeks. It's a fun MV but not as high budget as their previous ones, so I really think there is another one that they will drop soon. 😊

This album showed a huge growth and maturity for the boys. The chances their took with these songs and how they executed them, was really well done. The line distribution was so even, allowing for previous underutilized vocals to shine bright, and I really enjoyed Jongho not just being a standout vocal moment. His vocals blended nice and melodical with the others, allowing for a much more cohesive sound. Every album has taken different inspirations, bigger chances so I don't know why some are thrown by this. Being different is Ateez. Being experimental with their sound is Ateez. Ateez is just different.

Apparently Siren was a contender to become a tt for the last album! For this one it was either Work or Blind. I personally don’t really care which one takes the cake, because i will support either way and they have not once put out a song i don’t like, but yeah, they sure have their reasons for it. I feel like even with The Outlaw album any other song of the album could have been a tt, but they went with the fun (and maybe easier to digest for the general public) one, i guess.

I also, personally, think Shaboom and Siren are better songs (especially lyrically) than Work. It's slightly disappointing that Work is gonna get all the attention with B sides as strong as these

They said some of the songs here were contenders for title tracks, I think they referred to Blind and Siren but can't say 100%. They haven't said yet but I personally think they went with work because they wanted something very different to previous title tracks, and on top of that they could really have fun with the MV and choreo,a and do somth different with the vocals. I really hope they release another MV for another one of the songs and performance videos for others because... dang, the album is gold.

From what I understand about title tracks, they aren't necessarily the best song in the album, they are the most marketable, the most basic one that people are more likely to enjoy. I'm sure there are other things that go into it, like how they will present it in the award shows etc, but generally they won't pick a complicated sounding song like shaboom or siren. Although I agree 100% blind needs an MV. Preferably with Latin dancing involved.

the latin influence in blind is freakin amazing like, the whole singing part is tango rhythm, the chorus has brazilian beats, spanish words, the pre-chorus and the ending having some mexican instruments used in traditional songs (latin american in general tho) 😭😭😭 that song is FUEGO 🔥🔥✨

Blind drives me absolutely mad! I wasn't sure I would be able to pick a favorite at first, but I think that's the one. But I love Empty Box so much too. Every time I hear it, I love it more. (ummm... I went through a wave of depression at the end of 2023 when my dog passed away and the thing that helped me get back in touch with reality and everything was actually kpop. The type of vibe or feeling that the songs in kpop bring are exactly what I needed and after listening to all these different artists, I found Ateez and there was something different about them. Not only their music being different from what the locals in SK prefer, but also who they are as people. Watching the WANTEEZ is so much fun and seeing their bonds as well. And seeing how much they care for their international fans, other idol groups as well. Learning English is difficult, even I struggle sometimes and it’s my first language. So seeing all these idol groups learn the language to connect with their fans more means a lot.
