Even if they are on drugs or adrenaline.. you take his ability to see or his ability to stand with a good low side kick neither on of those things can help his eyes or broke leg ..

Good video man. I agree. I personally go in expecting it will not stop him and look to follow up after the groin shot… Even if it does not put him down, the groin shoot will open you up to so much after that… You should be able to finish…

Before you claming that groint kick wont work you need to understand how the body works and how it`s set up. if you kick a man in groin right at the front, he wont feel it that hard but if you lay your foot at a slight angle at the side. I promise you that the guy fall no matter what. This is a automatic body respons. The pain is worse than hell. it is like 100 needles sticking you at once. The reason for this is that it`s not the balls it self but the cords and the nerves at the side of them. This is also where the seemen is produced. There are several small nerve cords that is connected. if man you kick know this, he will protect this area. you can kick him hard as you manage without him hurting, but hit on the side, he`s down.

Last week an UFC fighter ( Brandon Moreno) got hit in thr groin by accident by his opponent. He was fine for 5 seconds, then he almost fell on his back because of the pain. Sometimes the pain is not instant, but it is efficient anyway.

That must be pain killers they take prior fights, works probably aganst initial pain, but not against losing breath and severe pain coming slightly later. Plus, don't forget, they wear protective cup, which prevents direct impact to the testicles. People seem to forget that all the time.

but you need to keep in mind - a illegal strike in sports is a good reason to rest for the fighter (whether it was an impact hit or not)

Well, about 35 years ago I saw a guy I trained with who was kinda of a bully, really being hard on a yellow belt the yellow belt threw a spinning back kick and hit him so hard in the testicles they swole up to the size of grapefruit and he had to go to the emergency room.

In a fight I punched a guy in the nuts and he did not even know it - about a minute later he just dropped to the ground in pain.

@@carstenfrank3612 I have no idea, but once when I was a kid a dog stuck his head sideways between bars and bit my leg. There was a lot of blood, I had a few holes in my leg and my thumb was bleeding from getting his jaw open. But i felt no pain. Then I looked at the back of my leg and a huge chunk of flesh was hanging off - then I was in a world of pain.

Nothing about anxious and jumpy if groin kick doesn't work so rapidly back off and ready for shin kick or if you stay close so thrust by deltoit must he will flip down .c mn try and feel it.

Very simple and effective .groin kick, straight jab as defence and counterattack...but is itPossible to add examples for when we have lead right vs lead left stances?..inverted groin kick is not so easyy to apply ..

Inverted groin kick is the same difficulty to apply. You just have to do thousands of reps just like everything Thomas has shown. Isolate the leg only for reps, then the leg with the hip. Then finally the feet. It takes a lot of practice to get the mechanics correct with different directions of footwork. After that, you start to work with a partner. If he starts to shift his weight. Or if he shifts to open his stance. We were taught to do thousands of reps punching and kicking each week. That’s when you get enough body feel to have the ease of coordination to apply to a variety of stances and positions

I accidentally kicked my sparring partner in the groin during full contact sparring when I was a teenager. He dropped immediately! They work!
