This meditation practice for anxiety invites you to tune into your body, ground down, and release negative energy and thoughts. This practice might be helpful for those struggling with stress, anxiety, dissociation, or PMS.
This is a great beginner yoga practice and incorporates concepts of Trauma Informed Yoga as a way to start or deepen your mental health journey in order to feel more calm, regulated, and at ease daily. Yoga for mental health is a wonderful resource to add to your toolbox for self-improvement.
