The emphasis is grounding/ rooting into our bodies through slow deep breathing.I recommend coming back to this practice if you experience anxiety/ stress as a way to help you unwind + calm your nervous system down/ tap into a parasympathetic state. I have been looking for a class like this for when I feel anxious in the morning but also do not want to do just a restorative practice. Your pace and the amount of explanation you give are perfect and your voice very nice to listen to. Thank you ✨

EXACTLY what i needed in the middle of finals week, thank you Tana. as much as i love the challenge most of your flows give me, i'm very glad you also have some slower, calmer ones for when i'm stressed and don't feel like breaking a sweat, haha!

This may be my favourite practice.. For the grounding vibes. Much needed after an energetic Saturday and to start this beautiful Sunday in a more calm state. Amazing lovely 💕🙏
