You are 100% right about all of that my hair has been booming since I've been a vegan and most of what I eat is raw. Vitamin E and water to my hair maybe a little castor oil cut it all off ball six months my hair was long enough to braid. I do stress because I live in a hot climate that you have a water that's alkaline like Aquafina the Dasani and check the pH balance of your water. In Oklahoma drinking Crystal Glacier in the summer is like drinking tea it's not enough alkalinity and it to quench your thirst and give your body what it needs.

If your hair is low porosity it may need protein, The best one is 2 step protein treatment by Aphogee. That's how I stop breakage and I have 4b/4c waist length hair. Hope this helped.
