Been growing my hair out for almost 3 years. It’s simple. 1. Always Keep your hair braided, for good results up to 3weeks and moisturise it morning and night. + Drinking a lot of water helps with growth 2. After taking down the braids shampoo and Condition you’re hair thoroughly. + Always wear a Durag to sleep 3. Re-braid your hair and repeat

Oh yea BIG TIP, document your hair( it really does help) after every month do a length check. If you don’t want the photos on your photos use snap memories. You’ll see the growth( not major growths but it will add up) which will motivate you to keep growing yo shit.

If you want to go the natural route for hair moisturization, I recommend spraying hair at night with water, also Jamaican Black Castor Oil, and Rose Water.

Yo so I’m working on growing out my hair and starting cornrolls within the next few months I say 2-3 but what I have going on right now is a mini fro that I’ve been growing for about 3 months going on 4 now. It’s pretty long just curly af so it doesn’t look allat long but I just got a taper fade which is growing out pretty fast, last week. I don’t think I’m gonna continue to get these tapers only because I don’t want it to interfere with my braid process, should I worry about these tapers NOW or should I just leave it alone and stick to the edge ups only. My taper fade would still look “fresh” ina way with a line up after a few weeks of getting the taper done. Lmk dawg!
