Thank you so much! Ever since I bleached my hair it WOULDNT grow! So I took zinc and a hair skin and nails supplement so I think that has been the reason, I took biotin but I gained weight unfortunately 😩!

Thanks for your comment! Hair lightening breaks the hair. What you need is in-salon treatments or at-home masks for the time being to put back strength and moisture into the hair so it's able to grow. Vitamins do help a ton as well :)

Santa u should try intermittent fasting for your thyroid u can get rid of it in about 3 months..keep having the healthiest diet u can too

I think hair is suppose to grow 1 inch a month but yeah I feel u love I'm trying to figure out what to do with my hair now. I got the grow girl gummies for hair it has zinc and biotin in It i literally saw it today and said ok I'll try it out n its supposed to make a change in a month well I have naturally thick hair but I always dye it but I'm telling all women do NOT bleach ur hair with splat products ok ur hair will fall out and u will kill it to the point u have to shave ur head n start over so plz just don't do it so not worth it. I'm gonna see how well the gummies work n my hair usually grows an inch in like 3 weeks at least that's they way I feel bc it's so thick lol ima see if this makes it grow faster and makes it healthier
