Ok this is just after I did this workout. Wow it was intense! There were several rep types I had to modify due to yet more ongoing haemorrhaging, this time from my macula on that same right eye. So I’m going through injections of Elyea in the macula once a month now for Diabetic Macular Oedema. Really not fun at all! So all head up again for a good year. But there’s always something I can do. I will not give up!!!! And I will not lose my vision entirely. I loved the heavy weight usage and the final minutes challenge at the end! I did plank without lifting arms, etc, so as not to add pressure to my head. It worked. ❤❤❤

Thanks so much for your encouraging words Anna! I have been in battle with problems caused by my having had Type I Diabetes from early childhood. And I will never give up. This is why my health and lifestyle are of utmost importance. Although there is nothing I can do about the health issues which over 50 years of having had Type I Diabetes causes, I can absolutely continue to stand and not cave. There have been times when I felt myself cave in but it’s cryptical to pick myself up every time. Thanks for your words That Anna ❤❤❤❤

Love that idea girl, but so far start your own by listening to your body,❤️💕The rule is simple: maintain a balanced diet and nourish your body with good nutrients. Try to get creative in the kitchen, cook healthy meals, and find joy in it-that’s the key. Prepare colorful dishes that make you happy. And weekly, allow yourself to fully enjoy whatever your soul craves, even if it's not the most nutrient-rich food. Our soul needs nourishment too.🌸🫶
