@@dazewithbam6496 just jump right back in. Don't think don't postpone. I was doing so good but last week I had a rejection from a job and couldn't workout the next day because it was too much. But the next day I pushed myself and started where I left off. It is never too late. we can never this up because this is a journey and it is not linear. Today I hit my goal weight that I had set up for this week. I am so happy and proud of myself and you will be too.

@@vlogsbysehri6194 aww thank you! -that was very well spoken; such kind words. It truly is appreciated you reaching out with such support especially at this time ❤️ But look at you ! I’m proud of you for pushing yourself, ultimately reaching a goal of yours ! seriously that’s amazing, I’m glad to hear you reached your goal and I’m sure you’ll keep reaching/accomplishing new ones ! Exactly what you said, it is a journey, it is not linear.. I feel like I should say this, because I missed the 5 days I did a full body HIIT home workout a day or so ago but then I crashed again because oh how sore was I feeling 😵. I’m aware I’m giving myself more grace than I should be, but I’m definitely not giving up on myself. I refuse, I’m not working out for weight loss or anything although I could use a good shape up, I just had two babies back to back lol. It’s more of a mental thing for me I wanna accomplish building my mental strength and push myself to achieve what I feel is impossible rebuilding that strength i feel is what gets you to the physical anyway… but this made me remember all of this, especially seeing this comment and then your reply yanno words really are powerful and they do do things ❤️

@@dazewithbam6496 that is really awesome and you can do it. My physical health was really suffering so I am actively trying to track my weight but the mental aspect is also much bigger for me because once I started working on my mental health only then I was able to get up and work physically. Those people got the worst mindset about it. Those are often the same ones who get all *surprised pikachu face* when the winter holiday weight gain suddenly "just snuck up" on them, after having toiled away 10 days a week for a "bikini body" in preparation for the summer. And they continue with that same torturous cycle year after year, all in the name of the ever elusive "bikini body". Staying in shape gotta be a lifestyle, not a one-off activity they force themselves to suffer through for a few meager months outta the year.

I was born disabled to a disabled mother. I didn't really start exercising until I was in my late 30's. I didn't start to lose weight, look better, or even to really accomplish some usual exercise goal. I started because I was a caregiver for over 25 years to my mother and a mother of 4 myself. I watched her health deteriorate, using a cane, a walker, and a wheelchair. I watched how sick she was and how she left us too soon. I didn't want that to be me. I don't want my kids to watch me in fear of losing me like I did for so many years. I didn't want to lose the ability to move. At the end of the day my mobility, mental health, and overall quality of life matter more than anything else to me. I can do things now I never thought I'd be able to and am still a work in progress for other goals. Pick your health. Trust me, it matters.

This is one of the most beautiful fitness video I have seen in a long while. This is what I say to myself everytime I go to the gym or I have the occasion to the park or around the street with my friends to train. To me, my goal, it's becoming more strong, flexible and have control of my body. All things that I never had. Since I start to training with calisthenics my body changed from Z to A. I'm so proud of my self and my little progress day by day❤️

I really like your message. It's so true. Years ago, I was working out a lot and lifting weights. And doing a lot of lower body stuff. Last year I had open heart surgery and my body was weak for weeks. But one thing I can do really well was get off the couch without anybody's help. it was a huge thing. Because that's the first thing they tell you is to not push-up to get off the couch Or a chair for weeks. And I felt so powerful at being able to do that.

Great message! It's always better to train for functionality rather than just meeting some weird "beauty" standard. Because even if you have a fit and beautiful body, people will always find a supposed "flaw" in you, but they can't take your physical strength away and that's awesome.

When I started it was about weight but when I was only 4 weeks in I surprised myself with how strong I had gotten. This changed me and in the past 8 months my goal has changed overall. It’s mainly about staying strong and fit until I am old and my body gives out and It’s about taking care of my mental health the fysiek is a bonus. I am such a fan haha love your channel and my everyday routine with you. Thank you Anna!

Thank you sm for giving us this kind of motivation ❤ I don't really feel like working out because I'm contented with my body just the way it is (though there are people who says I'm fat and I should try to lose weight). Every reason that you said makes sense though and now, I feel motivated to do it.
