i'm gonna be doing this for the next 7 days and im gonna keep you all updated; (im also doing some other pilates workouts by Lilly so it burned a lot more its gonna be worth it) Day 1: It burned but i feel good and not seeing any results just yet. Day 2: Well this definitely burned more than yesterday but i still see no difference, i believe i need to improve my diet. Day 3: it didn't burn as much as yesterday but I feel my abs are a lot more sore, I'm starting to see a very slight difference too now. Day 4: Couldn't do it today because of some personal issue. like this to remind me and come back tomorrow for an update :)

doing this for 7 days!!(I also do a small waist workout) start: 64cm day 1: this BURNED. day 2: it started getting a little hard at the bonus exercises but in rest it was easier than yesterday )) day 3: it was easier than when I first did it , I didn't start seeing results but I don't have a good diet either ") day 4: today It felt a little harder but worth it because I started seeing results a little. even though I don't eat healthy my waist still got smaller and I started to see abs a little!! day 5:I will try and eat healthier and maybe after I finish I will take a break and start doing it again for a week day 6: done! 1 day left!! day 7: done!! I will tell the results tomorrow after I wake up !! finish : 62cm and I started seeing abs forming a little

doing this keep reminding me pls 😭 day 1: felt a burn day 2: didn’t do it got my period day 3: felt a slight burn but feels good, will do another video too day 4: did this + one more video and an arm workout felt a burn starting to see some improvement day 5: was feeling bloated but after doing this it’s all gone somehow+ i can see a change in my waistline and a fine ab line forming

I LOVE IT I CAN FEEL THE BURN 🔥 Day 2: Same, I really love to doing it!!! Day 3 : Umm I really can say my core is lil engaged, I can see abs line😊 Day 4: feels. Same, 🔥 burn Day 5: Now it's easy to do😉, love it! Sweating alot. Day 6: Done!!! I CAN SEE ABS 👀 Day 7: Same.....As day 6 Okay!!! I did it for 7 days now I am.doing her new 7 min deep core pilates I am happie with the result!!! Now. Another challenge😉

I'm going to try to stay consistent! Doing this for 7 days and is going to keep track on here, pls like so I remember! Day 1 ✔ it burned really good, and I feel very good after! Day 2 ✔ i woke up sore but still did the workout, it burned but felt sore afterwards Day 3✔️ sore but still feeling the burn, but it's getting easier Day 4 Day 5 Day 6 Day 7

I have done this for about a week and although I'm around a healthy weight, I still carry some belly with me, so there's not much physically, but I definitely feel it!! I remember the first day I had to stop because it was PAINFUL!! But I have persevered and now I can say I'm able to make it through the whole workout (minus the bonus...)

😅1. Butterfly Kicks (lay flat on bc, with legs up and alternate lowering each leg, then lower both together) 2. Leg waves (on back lower and raise both legs, bending them slightly on the way back up then straightening them again to lower) 3. Hip hike to leg scissor (legs together and hike hips to the ceiling, then lower legs and scissor them in and out on the way back to 90° from the floor) 4. Figure eights (move both legs together in a figure eight) 5. Crunch kick (keep one leg bent and crunch up, then kick the leg that is bent while the other stays on the floor) 6. V sit kicks (v sit supported by hands and kick Legs out alternately, then together) 7. Table hover (on hands and knees curl your toes under and lift knees off floor) Bonus: Bird dogs, Plank, then plank hip dips

Ey Lilly please stop with those bonus exercises. Just include them in the rest of the workout and don’t say: “last exercise” and put three bonus ones after that. It’s just annoying.
