One of my biggest goals is to be able to go up the stairs to my apartment without running out of breath and my legs burning! I know it is small but such a BIG GOAL for me 😅.

I think its more motivating to have goals like that :) You don't even have to go anywhere or get some specific equipment or anything. Just literally something you can do on your way home from sth else. I wish I lived in a floor that was higher up😅

Anna when you replied to my comment,i was just filled with joy.thanks Anna I recovered from anorexia nervosa just because of you.i starved myself till bones,then i saw your fitness journey video it changed my mindset and i slowly started eating more . Now im currently bulking but still im somewhat afraid of getting fat .you also went through this phase what did you do .sending a big hug to you❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

I'm writing down my goals right now! I feel like I have a lot of things to do everyday but I don't feel that sense of accomplishment at the end of the day because I want to do everything at the same time. That's frustrating! I think having my goals and daily routines clear will help me a lot! Thank you very much for sharing and inspiring us🙂

Hi Anna! I’m a relatively new follower, just this year in May. My daughter inspired me to look at my nutrition and exercise as she has been diagnosed with lupus and had a personal trainer who specialises in immune diseases. I found you on KZbin and haven’t looked back. You are such an inspirational young woman and have an old head on young shoulders. Thank you and keep doing what you do 🙏

My parents are good example of no motivation but we have to do work if they don't give us life,we don't know we are now very responsible less person we only think about ourselves,not even about our parents. Be self lover who's discipline. i grow in typically in proper old culture India culture where we women don't have much freedom but you know our women also very strong. They share their emotions. I learn so much from my mom's and grandmother. We are now lucky girl who can choose their freedom. Hi Anna i am gonna leave some comments that hopefully can help others.. i don't like meal prepping ...like truly 😅.. but then i start mini food prep like cutting up some veggies or washing up berries maybe for 2 days not the whole week and trust me it really helps motivate me to eat healthy food every single day because it reduces your work of doing the same thing over and over again, whenever you are hungry you know its there and just need to reach it instead doing the whole prepping up again .. hope this inspire some of you ❤❤

My only goal now is to sleep😢. I have post traumatic stress from the Uni, same thing soldiers have after war no joke haha. And i have insomnia since 2020. I can control more my axienty but they are there. Routines are so difficult cause the will must be there😅. Can you do a video for burnout please ❤
