Omg , I rarely comment stuff but Anna is so amazing , I started working out using Anna’s videos just about a month ago and have already dropped kilos and have so much better strength than usual , I love how she designs a routine so well that you feel like you are resting as you are working out , as in she doesn’t pair one high intensity after the other ,she makes sure they are easy to follow !! Having said that I still can’t do the low push up without dropping !! Anna is a beast!!

Hi Ana, my name is Grace and i'm 15 years old. I've been working out since I was 13, I was struggling with self image, and needed to take better care of my body. I've been through many ups and downs throughout my journey. I've been following your workouts, and watching videos from your channel and I have never felt more confident in myself. My current fitness goal is to fix my metabolism, and put on more lean muscle. I want to thank you for these videos. It was perfect! I like there were many moves for upper body incorporated as well. I love +/- workouts the most. Sometimes I also like 20 min intensive sessions like Tabata or so because I am always short of time but I still try to be in a good shape. Sometimes I do a half of a longer session and then finish it later or a day later. Thank you Anna for your effort and your personality!

I'm a guy, and I do these, too! I may up the weight on some of the weighted workouts and substitute the glute exercises for something else, but I feel amazing, and they just work!

Yup! I haven't found a guys workout quite as intense as this. I like the balance between weights and cardio. Also, I like the general lack of repetition.

Hey Anna, I'd love to see more of these 45sec on, 15sec off workouts! I feel like the extra 5sec break on top of your usual 10secs actually makes a big difference, during that break I can swift from position to another better while also being able to catch my breath. That also impacts my motivation positively when I'm doing the exercises, it feels like I have a lot more energy to perform more reps but also focus on better form.

DONE!!! I enjoyed it!! Feeling so energetic and refreshed!!😬 But the last part though, the Straight leg russian twist and the V hold after that I literally got chills for a second at the end , I don't know why that happened (should I be worried abt it?), those were the killer moves for me!!🔥🔥...I know it's never enough but Thank you Anna❤️!!
