Ta152 is such an amazing looking plane along with the FW190. The cockpit visibility is pretty poor, though. Makes you appreciate the bubble canopies of the later Mustangs and Spits.

The Ta152 was a response to the B-29. The Germans knew about the B29 and also knew they had no fighter that could intercept it at the altitudes it could reach.
@jazeelfagundes68458 сағат бұрын
in fact, it was the BV 155, the H version of the TA was made so that Germany would have a fighter really made for high-altitude combat, its main mission was to combat fighters, the BV 155 was designed to shoot down the B29
@TR4Ajim7 сағат бұрын
the BV155 was a prototype. the H1 version was the only one produced
@jazeelfagundes68455 сағат бұрын

The Fw 190 was one my favorite warbirds. When I was going to college, there was an airshow nearby, so some my friends went over. And there was a guy there with a 1/3 scale Fw 190. It looked so real until got up close. The man who build from scratch (and also the pilot) was there and he told us all about. So cool.

As good as DCS can look, IL2 is just miles better. The weather effects look real instead of like marshmallow puffs, the flames coming off the exhaust of the radials, the bomber gunner fire that you can actually *see* - SO GOOD

How does WW2 combat compare in IL-2 vs DCS?
@pandoranbias162211 сағат бұрын

Mother***!!! Just as I *thought* about *asking* about 190 yesterday, upon watching the K4 Shotgun duel - He delivers! That's worth a sub, mate. Thanks, and keep it up! Very nice clutch with those 4x47, (luckily none of them was THE 47 ;) I do have to criticize the B25 formation approach, AOE too shallow, just as your predecessors - shouldve stuck to the plan, gained more altitude, get IN FRONT of them a bit and THEN down, super steeply, aiming for either center mass to shred the pilots, or just any of the wings - the steeper the AOA, the easier it is to kill the bomber, and 152 is amazing at retaining energy, as you said. Haha, did exactly that in the 2nd pass.. 3rd kill... Sends shiver down your spine when you imagine this MUST'VE happenned. But then again - shallow, getting impatient. Bleh, would hate to see you die like that, luckily that was not the case. DAMN! It's a movie like shit. Love that. NEVER pull up with an enemy on your tail - both of you relatively slow, should've done Split S I guess, makes harder to aim, and you definitely outroll the 47, even if 152's rollrate is significantly worse than 190. Sick looking, risky as fuck - even if it paid off, he was not necessarily tryharding there, could've sprayed you to death. Damn, definitely my fav video. Loved it. Little idea : I've seen you fighting Shotgun, I'd love to see you in a duo. With the 2 of you in a tandem this formation of B25 would've gone down in seconds, and those 47s? Would be sweet to see the 2 of you setting kills for each other, especially Shotgun, with his slipperiness. Please consider it lads. Thanks again!
