Plant-Based Apple Pie Made With Kamut Flour - Alkaline Vegan 🥧

Hey everyone, I baked 2 pies. One with cooked apples, just to show you how I cook my apples, and another with raw apples. I mixed clips from both pies in the video. You'll see a slightly pale pie in some clips. That's the pie with cooked apples in it. I totally forgot to brush over some aquafaba before baking... It happens sometimes. As I mentioned on Instagram, I had a lot of technical issues with this video shoot and edit. Issues, with my hard drive and so on. Anyway, both pies were delicious 😋 This will be my last video, on KZbin, for the year. Catch me on Instagram as I'll be more active there, with short form content, until 2023. Do you think chickpea flour would be a good substitute for the kamut if we're allergic to gluten?

Nope. Don't do it. It would taste horrible. You can use amaranth flour. Not sure how it would hold up, but it's gluten free.
